Weekly results are declared a.s.a.p. after the last group are in the clubhouse. Prize money is divided as per table in the Quids In folder. In broad terms:

Fewer than 10 competitors - 1st place only

10 to 19 competitors – 1st and 2nd places

20 competitors and over – 1st, 2nd and 3rd places

Ties are determined by count back (back 6, back3, last hole thereafter prize shared)

Quids In has its own handicapping system. All start on their official club handicap and thereafter the movements are limited to the following:

Winner – cut 3 shots

2nd place – cut 2 shots

3rd place – cut 1 shot

Prize winners play off reduced handicap for 3 weeks. If no further wins during this period they regain 1 shot every 4th week until back to starting handicap.

We look forward to welcoming back our Quids In regulars .These are social evenings so come and give them a try. It’s a great way to meet other members. It is not necessary to play every week as each week is an individual competition but the more regularly you play you potentially increase your chances to win the Quids In title currently held by Mike Toft.

*Please note that in accordance with the Captains’ Committee decision Junior members cannot play for money. They are able to play and enter the aggregate (best of 12) competition by paying the one off joining fee and whilst their handicaps will move in line with all other members during the weekly competitions they will not be eligible for the weekly cash prizes. They are eligible for the overall 1st, 2nd or 3rd prizes which are awarded on the last Thursday evening of the competition in September.
